【販売規約】
本規約は、本商品のご注文に関する条件を定めるものです。
お客様は、ご注文を行った時点で、本規約の内容を確認し、これに同意したものとみなされます。必ず事前に本規約をご確認のうえ、お申し込みください。
記
1. 販売方法は抽選販売といたします。お申し込み後のキャンセル、色の変更、お届け先の変更は一切お受けできません。なお、お申し込み後にキャンセルされる場合は、キャンセル料として作品代金の20％を申し受けます。
2. 配送料は別途申し受けます（都度お見積りいたします）。海外発送不可。
3. 本作品には3年間の転売禁止規定がございます。ご当選後、契約書へのご署名をお願いいたします。
4. 輸送時における外箱または作品箱の破損については、返品・交換はお受けいたしません。
5. 本作品は手作業による彩色のため、色ムラ、小傷、よれ等が生じる場合がございますが、これらは返品・交換の対象外となります。あらかじめご了承ください。
6. 転居・移転等によりお受け取りができない場合について、当方は責任を負いかねます。
7. お客様の長期不在、受け取り拒否等により発生した費用は、お客様のご負担となります。また、その間に生じた破損等についても当方は責任を負いかねます。
8. 当社は、お客様の転居、移転その他理由のいかんを問わず、ご注文時に指定されたお届け先住所以外へ、本作を転送された場合の破損の責任は一切負いかねます。
9. お支払い方法は、銀行振込または現金のみとさせていただきます。
10. お申し込みフォームから複数回ご応募された場合は、すべて無効といたします。
11. 商品到着時に作品本体の破損があった場合は、到着後5日以内にご連絡ください。期限を過ぎた場合は、返金等の対応はいたしかねます。なお、作品本体の破損に関する対応は返金のみとし、交換は行いません。
12. ご購入後のお客様都合による返金、返品、返還、交換等は一切お受けいたしません。
13 本販売規約は、予告なく変更される場合がございます。

【Terms of Sale】
These Terms and Conditions set forth the conditions governing orders for this product.
By placing an order, the customer shall be deemed to have reviewed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Please be sure to review them carefully before submitting your application.
1. The product will be sold by lottery. After an application has been submitted, cancellations, color changes, or changes to the delivery address will not be accepted under any circumstances. In the event of cancellation after the application, a cancellation fee of 20% of the artwork price will be charged.
2. Shipping fees will be charged separately (a quotation will be provided each time). International shipping is NOT available.
3. This artwork is subject to a three-year resale prohibition. Upon winning the lottery, you will be required to sign an agreement.
4. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for damage to the outer shipping box or the artwork box incurred during transportation.
5. As each artwork is hand-painted, slight color variations, minor scratches, or small irregularities may occur. These characteristics are not eligible for return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.
6. We shall not be held responsible if the product cannot be delivered due to relocation, change of address, or similar circumstances.
7. Any costs incurred due to the customer’s long-term absence, refusal to accept delivery, or similar reasons shall be borne by the customer. We shall not be liable for any damage incurred during such time.
8. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any damage arising from the forwarding of the Artwork to any address other than the delivery address designated at the time of order, irrespective of the reason, including relocation or transfer by the customer.
9. Payment methods are limited to bank transfer or cash.
10. If multiple applications are submitted through the application form, all such applications will be deemed invalid.
11. If the artwork itself is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery. If this period has passed, refunds or other remedies cannot be provided. In cases of damage to the artwork itself, the remedy will be limited to a refund only; exchanges will not be offered.
12. No refunds, returns, reimbursements, or exchanges will be accepted for reasons attributable to the customer after purchase.
13. These Sales Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
